Seller Information and Terms of Service

1. Contractor Details

A receipt is generated automatically in the official tax application after each payment and is sent to the email address provided by the buyer.

2. General Provisions

This document is a public offer under applicable Russian civil law. By paying for LAVA STYLE services available at https://lava-style.online, the user fully accepts these Terms of Service.

3. Subject of the Agreement

The contractor provides access to an online platform for generating images and videos with artificial intelligence. The service is provided by crediting the buyer's internal account with credits that are spent on generation operations. Available AI models, generation parameters and credit costs are shown in the service interface.

4. Payment Procedure

Payment is made through the payment provider available on the site. Credits are charged in real time for each generation. Credit prices, packages and current plans are displayed in the service interface before payment.

5. Rights and Obligations

The contractor undertakes to:

• maintain the service and credit paid balances;
• generate and send an electronic receipt after each payment;
• protect the buyer's personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

The buyer undertakes to:

• use the service only for lawful purposes and respect copyright and related rights;
• not use generated content to create pornographic, abusive, extremist or otherwise prohibited materials.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

The buyer may stop using the service at any time. Refunds are available only for unused paid credits. To request a refund, the buyer must send a free-form request to the contractor's email. The refund is made using the original payment method within 10 business days after the request is received.

No refund is issued if the buyer has fully spent the purchased credits. Claims about the quality of generated images or videos are accepted within 24 hours after receiving the result. Any credit recalculation is decided by the contractor based on the technical capabilities of the AI model.

7. Liability

The contractor is not responsible for materials created by the buyer through the service. The service is provided as is. The contractor does not guarantee exact matching of results to the buyer's expectations because generation is based on probabilistic AI algorithms.

8. Personal Data

By paying for services, the buyer consents to personal data processing, including email address and payment-related data, solely for performing this agreement. Data is not transferred to third parties except where required by law. Email is used to send receipts and service status notifications.

9. Final Provisions

These Terms become effective upon publication and remain valid until withdrawn by the contractor. The contractor may update the Terms; the updated version becomes effective when published on the site unless stated otherwise.

Disputes are resolved through negotiation and, if no agreement is reached, under the applicable laws of the Russian Federation.
